Ruidosa

This past weekend we visited best friends in Ruidoso, NM - a resort community in the mountains of southern New Mexico. We did a variety of things including going to a community Oktoberfest on Saturday....



....looking at a cabins for investment property - on a whim and not terribly seriously...





and on Sunday attending a small church held in the back of a store. It had a GREAT praise band strongly resembling Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Their Sunday bulletin read: "Jesus, Jamin, Java and Jazz!". There was a wonderful spirit of worship and excellent message from their pastor.
Unfortunately, the great picture I got of our wonderful friend, Bruce, woofing down a bratwurst, wasn't light enough. We loved spending time with Bruce and Beth and look forward to wonderful times there in the future!
