Chama and the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad

Just a few miles north of El Vado Reservoir is the village of Chama and the Cumbres and Toltec Railroad yard. We parked by the rail yard at this quaint little village and ate lunch as the afternoon train came into the station. Then we visited a few shops before heading north for the totally gorgeous drive up to Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
